99abba Platform Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "99abba", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 99abba platform, a company licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction to offer online casino and sports betting services.
• "Platform" means the website located at 99abba.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any applications or services made available under the 99abba brand.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 99abba Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 99abba Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, live casino products, promotional offers, and any other services offered by 99abba via the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency for all financial transactions on the 99abba Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by 99abba.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to a Bonus amount that a Player must wager before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the identity, age, and payment method verification process required before certain Platform features — including withdrawals — are unlocked.

By accessing the 99abba Platform, registering an Account, or making use of any Service offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 99abba Platform immediately.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the 99abba Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the scope of that promotion only.

To register and maintain an Account on the 99abba Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities on the 99abba Platform, and it is strictly enforced without exception.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are registering and using the Platform for your personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 99abba Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of 99abba or any of its licensed game providers.
• You have not previously had an Account on the 99abba Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered Account on the 99abba Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 99abba reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and retain or return balances at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must notify 99abba customer support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

99abba is not liable for any losses that arise from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. However, where 99abba determines that unauthorised access was caused by a failure on its own systems, the matter will be investigated and the Player notified within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting 99abba customer support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

All financial transactions on the 99abba Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change.
• All deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. 99abba is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the identity verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are restricted from initiating withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to compatibility. Where this is not possible, the Player will be prompted to provide an alternative verified payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. There are no withdrawal fees applied by 99abba on standard transactions, though the Player's own payment provider may apply charges independently.
• 99abba reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including bank statements or screenshots of mobile wallet activity — before processing any withdrawal it deems suspicious or unusually large.

99abba offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out here as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of conflict, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

The following general bonus terms apply across all 99abba promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses and any associated unconverted winnings are forfeited automatically.
• 99abba reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account at any time if it determines that the bonus was obtained in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, other bonuses, or any other benefit except as explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Players who have elected to use responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion may find certain bonuses unavailable to them. This is a deliberate design choice to support responsible play.

All bets placed on the 99abba Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within each product area:

• A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been generated and displayed in your account bet history. Verbal, email, or chat confirmations do not constitute valid bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each game or betting market. 99abba reserves the right to apply individual Player-level betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a voided event — including event cancellations, abandoned matches, or technical failures — 99abba will void all affected bets and return stakes to Player accounts. This applies to both pre-match and in-play bets.
• Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 99abba reserves the right to restrict, limit, or suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including where it suspects match manipulation, unusual betting patterns, or technical issues affecting market integrity.
• Winnings from confirmed bets are credited to a Player's account balance within the timeframes applicable to each product. Live casino game results and slot spin outcomes are credited immediately. Sports betting settlements occur after official result confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99abba Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling entertainment.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including placing bets, collecting data, or exploiting promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or other technical errors in any game or system for financial gain. Such errors must be reported to 99abba support immediately upon discovery.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to disguise the origin of any funds. 99abba complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity in accordance with its legal obligations under applicable law.
• Collusion with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through a payment provider as a fraudulent mechanism to recover deposited funds already used for play.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or providing false identification documents during the verification process.

All content on the 99abba Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 99abba or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content from the 99abba Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 99abba.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data provided by Players is governed by the 99abba Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

99abba collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. Personal data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with licensed service providers and regulatory bodies where legally required or operationally necessary.

Players resident in jurisdictions with applicable data protection regulations have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to 99abba's legal obligations to retain certain records. Requests may be submitted to the 99abba support team.

99abba is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of player protection tools that all Players are actively encouraged to use, regardless of whether they have identified a problem with their gaming behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of play duration are available and may be configured from the Account settings panel.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may initiate a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently from their Account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and blocks all access to the Platform, including promotional communications.

The minimum age for holding a 99abba Account is 21 years. 99abba uses age verification technology and manual CNIC-based checks to ensure this requirement is enforced. Where a minor is found to have accessed the Platform, all funds will be returned and the account permanently closed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99abba excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any game outcome, odds display, or information presented on the Platform that contains a technical error.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any indirect economic loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 99abba's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 99abba's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

99abba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against legitimate deposits.
• At the Player's own request.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination, 99abba will return any verified real-money balance to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to 99abba under these Terms, unless the termination is due to confirmed fraud, in which case balances may be withheld pending investigation.

99abba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 99abba Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates the most recent revision. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request from 99abba customer support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99abba holds its international gaming licence. The application of conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of Pakistani domestic law is excluded, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions under Pakistani law apply and cannot be contractually waived.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to differing legal frameworks in different jurisdictions and that it is each Player's personal responsibility to ensure that their participation in 99abba's Services is lawful in their local jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal under applicable law by any court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute relating to a bet outcome, account matter, bonus, or any other aspect of your 99abba experience, the following process applies:
